Cold Spring Villas is located between Appleton and Neenah, Wisconsin. We are close to both cities, yet located on the outskirts of town, providing a quiet, park-like setting. These apartments have beautiful flowering trees blooming in the spring, pleasantly landscaped grounds, and are nestled among miles of recreation trails. We are one of the few apartment communities in Fox Valley that welcomes your cats!

All of our apartment homes feature central air and forced air heat to provide even, consistent heating or cooling throughout your new home. Private entries, to ensure privacy and safety, are built into every apartment. Forget about bringing rolls of quarters on move in day. Each apartment comes with its own full size washing machine and dryer. Parking is never an issue since every apartment comes with a garage and an abundance of outdoor parking for residents and guests. Gazebos are located throughout the property for you to enjoy a book or a barbeque. Our apartment community consists of 176 apartment homes in eleven buildings, which are spread out among our large property.

Our one bedroom apartment homes are some of the largest in Fox Valley. At over 900 square feet, there is ample space to live. They have four closets (two are walk-ins). Plenty of cabinets, 2 lazy-susans, and an over the range microwave make these kitchens second to none. All one bedroom homes are on the first floor and have a full-size patio door with a 6 X 10 patio.

If one bedroom is not going to cut it, then one of our two bedroom homes are for you. Two bedroom plans are very functional and are offered in both the upper and lower level. The lower units have five spacious closets, mirrored doors in the bedrooms, and have sound barriers. The upper level two bedroom plans have an enormous living room with computer nook and vaulted ceilings.

If you love an open feeling with high ceilings and want a very modern space, then our loft apartment is the perfect for you. These have every amenity described in both the one and two bedroom plans plus a second full bathroom and two walk-in closets large enough to accommodate full size furniture. Skylights in the upper loft let in natural light throughout the entire living space. This is a split level loft having a bathroom on each floor. These are the pinnacle of apartment living, with a very affordable price tag.
